My VERY Brief Review...(on Korean Dramas)
YOURE BEAUTIFUL
Here are my very brief reviews on the Korean Dramas I completed! First, the most recent drama called "You're Beautiful"...
After watching two dramas that were pretty much alike, watching You're Beautiful was sort of like listening to a broken record, cause the plot was so predictable, I mean the nice guy never wins! I was so upset. Like what the hell? What is supposed to be the moral of the stories? "Nice guys always finish last, so be a jerk and get the girl?" or "Love is blind?" cause those jerk guys to me, are pretty ugly...
But whatever so...
It was a fun plot and it was really like "edge of your chair/couch/bed" kind of entertainment, and I love that about these kDramas. I give it 4.5/5 .. I ended up not even watching the last episode, and when I did... skimmed through the episode, cause it was so predictable that it was painful to watch.
NEXT is my second recent: Personal Taste!
Personal Taste was sooooo good! I loved it, cause the characters were a more mature and the lead lady was a lot smarter and not too ridiculously gullible. You know? It was once again "edge of your chair/couch/bed" entertainment and it was predictable but still very great to watch so it wasn't very painful. Haha! 5/5 for sure... loved it, it was hilarious. My favourite character was the friend. I swear she reminds me of my best friend, but I saw myself as the main lady.. too nice to people to retaliate.
MY VERY FIRST:
BOYS OVER FLOWERS!
This was my favourite, I would watch this 500 000 000 times if I were not annoyed with re-runs. 600/5 haha! Plot was great, story was funny, it was like a good high school story, even though it was exaggerated a bit, but it was a good teen-y drama. I loved it! This was the drama that got me into KDramas!
